Popular drag entertainer Lady Parker Vera, a.k.a. Thomas Flanagan, is behind bars for alleged fraud and theft. Flanagan, 25, is being held in Cook County Jail on $10,000 bond, allegedly for felony theft by deception, or internet fraud, and theft.
